Skills & Requirements
You'll work closely with marketing teams at top tier delivery systems, leading the development of SmartExam marketing strategies to drive patient adoption. You'll be responsible for understanding and anticipating delivery system needs, ensuring their successful marketing efforts, and supporting them on the path to robust patient adoption.
Specifically, in this role, you’ll:
Develop and guide our healthcare customers through their strategic marketing efforts
Identify and advocate for patient adoption needs
Create high quality, scalable processes that support patient adoption
Help set and achieve our customer-specific patient adoption goals
Define and develop key marketing metrics to identify what’s working and what’s not
Drive web and product marketing efforts for our customers
Lead our customers to successful patient adoption
To do well, you'll need to be highly organized, have exceptional communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency. We're looking for someone who eagerly seeks responsibility and isn’t afraid of a challenge. This role requires you to be a creative, critical thinker - able to break down barriers, develop innovative marketing copy, scope and craft easily-executable project plans for marketing teams, and evaluate the impact of various marketing campaigns for our partners. Your role will be key to ensuring that our clinical partners achieve record patient adoption for SmartExam.
You’ll have incredibly diverse responsibilities - creating and leading persuasive client presentations to C-Level executives, writing professional-grade collateral, collaborating with our account managers, and partnering with and driving the marketing efforts of our customers. You'll need to draw from a wide range of skills - evaluating potential marketing assets, collateral, campaigns, and incentives to solve the problems we encounter. You’ll play a key role in building the adoption tools and processes others will follow, helping us continue to scale.
You’ll likely need a BA / BS with at least 4 - 6 years of prior marketing experience. We place value on agency experience, but we believe that talent is more important than training or specific knowledge.
