Due to an increased volume and value of transactions emanating from Europe, we are looking to add to our legal team. This position will report to the US based General Counsel. This position will have responsibility primarily for transactions across European time zones.
In this role you will:
Advise on all legal matters affecting the conduct of the company’s business in Europe, in particular assisting in drafting and negotiating technology transactions.
Advise on data protection, with particular reference to the imminent implementation of GDPR.
Develop and roll-out processes for efficient, consistent and compliant business.
Although the company has a physical office in London, due to the nature of the company’s work most employees spend the majority of their time working remotely.
To be considered for this role, you will most likely:
Be a strong and commercial in-house lawyer with experience of working within the technology sector.
Be equally comfortable working remotely and in an office environment, and able to juggle competing priorities.
