Senior Program Manager at Cloudability

This role will help in the creation of policies and procedures for the Product and Engineering teams, both internal and external. The role will manage projects with 3rd party Technology Alliance Partners and help off load existing Product Managers to focus on product strategy and discovery and less on project management.

What you’ll do:

Map out and define the list of dependent projects that need to be completed to reach business goals.
Coordinate and monitor technical projects or programs from initiation through delivery. Gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications.
Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
Time and schedule management for major engineering initiatives
Ensure technical projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.
Ensure requirements are complete and scope is well defined for the projects.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders via effective communications, collaboration and consultation.
Manage communication of progress/status with customer groups. Manage relationships between cross-functional teams.
Overcome challenges to keep processes running smoothly. Define and develop cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities. Drive process development and iterative optimizations.

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
Experience in program management in a technology environment
Experience as a people manager, with the ability to manage projects involving cross-functional stakeholders across various regions
Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
