The Sr. Global Total Rewards Analyst has responsibility for directing and managing the day-to-day operations of Auth0’s global employee total rewards program, which includes compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition ensuring competitive in the marketplace, internal equity, and legally compliance. This role will also responsible for all aspects of our global HRIS. This role reports to the VP of People.
Responsibilities:

Subject matter expert to managers and employees with total rewards-related issues.
Design and improve existing total total rewards processes and practices to ensure our employees are compensated competitively.
Collaborate with the People team on a variety of projects involving total rewards, program design, analysis, budgeting, implementation of new programs and new hire and refresh stock grants.
Lead projects and processes that help Auth0 proactively manage base pay and bonus decisions for hiring, retention, and promotion opportunities including annual review cycles.
Manage projects including total rewards survey participation and analysis.
Assess market pay trends against business needs, leading total rewards efforts that work for all of our stakeholders.
Develop employee compensation strategies, market pricing, and employee base pay communications.
Administer compensation-related systems and prepare management reports and analytics.
Manage the benefits programs including benefits renewal, new employee onboarding, and compliance.
Develop employee benefits communication materials to support and educate employees regarding benefits and wellness.
Design, recommend, and implement recognition programs.
High focus on data-driven analysis - analyze internal and external data to test, recommend and implement total rewards initiatives.
Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide relevant training to people managers.
Work with HRIS and IT to ensure software systems meet compensation needs and is updated to reflect relevant, required updates.
Evaluate, recommend, and manage other HR technology applications.
Communicate total rewards programs in new-hire orientation and act as point of contact for any related questions.
Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
Proactively monitor, track, and evaluate effectiveness of various total rewards programs.
Other projects as needed.
Requirements:

BS/BA Business Administration or another field that uses quantitative analytics.
5 - 8 years’ of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs and HRIS, preferably with (name of HRIS).
Experience designing, building, and evaluating HRIS, total rewards models and related processes.
Experience with salary surveys (e.g. Radford, Mercer, Culpepper, etc.) Payscale, other benchmarking surveys and tools.
Experience managing the benefits renewal process.
Excellent project management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, and sometimes changing, priorities concurrently.
Strong g-sheet skills including using advanced features (pivot tables, look-ups, macros a plus); experience using Tableau considered a plus.
Demonstrable partnership, influencing skills, and employee and executive communications.A passion and belief in a customer-first mindset.
Strong US employment law knowledge, preferably with labour law knowledge for EMEA and Asian countries.
International experience preferred.
