Responsibilities:

Automate IT process to improve our users IT experience
Develop applications and tools to support the rest of the IT Support team
Provide excellent customer service with a timely response and resolution to IT requests
Develop creative solutions to unexpected problems, working with different teams throughout the company
Troubleshoot all kinds of applications, systems, and services
Requirements:

You have proven experience of at least 1-3 years in automation, integration tests and API tests
You have experience with at least one programming language (Python or Node.js prefered)
You use your great people, communication, and customer service skills to resolve issues
You can solve problems and know how to use your resources to learn on the go
You are highly organized. With many people doing a variety of things in a dynamic company, strong organizational skills—both for yourself and for the team—will be required
You have excellent English speaking and writing skills
Bonus points for experience with any the following:

Experience with G Suite (aka Google Apps), Jamf Pro (previously known as Casper), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and other cloud services
Experience with git and config management tools
