Director of Product Marketing at Cloudability

Cloudability is looking for a product marketing leader to join our growing Marketing team. This key member of our team will help to deliver compelling and differentiated messages, position us effectively vs. the competition and help us hit it out of the park with our business goals.

As Director of Product Marketing, you’ll have a deep understanding of our product offerings, create compelling content that conveys our vision and strategy, understanding market needs and trends, and collaborating with campaigns to deliver innovative marketing programs to grow pipeline and customer adoption. This will involve being a liaison with Product Management and Sales to find opportunities to coordinate messaging and go-to-market efforts. It will also involve leveraging customers and partners to create a larger message and offering for Cloudability Sales and Marketing teams to use in their go-to-market efforts.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

Understand the challenges that key buyer personas at Enterprise organizations face around cloud infrastructure adoption, migration and scaling

Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to market strategies for new and existing products by understanding competitive drivers, market trends, and the needs of enterprise customers

Plan and implement a strategy around the launch of new features and releases across our Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams.

Create inspiring and compelling product demos and customer videos to use for events and web marketing

Identify, develop and/or manage the creation of a variety of content types – written, videos, presentations, etc. -- as needed to fuel sales and marketing success

Enable the sales teams at all levels on our value proposition and messaging

Create and maintain solution content on the company website

Work closely with other marketing teams to make sure their field plans are infused with rich knowledge about assigned products, target markets, and buyers

Represent the company at hosted client events, partner meetings, and industry conferences

The right candidate will have (Requirements):

Entrepreneurial attitude

BA/BS or equivalent required. MS or MBA degree would be nice.

Past Product Marketing success in Cloud Infrastructure and/or Enterprise Software

Leadership or people management experience is required

Ability to present effectively before customers and large audience

Mastery of verbal and written communications and strong analytical skills

Demonstrated success in leading cross functional teams and effective project management and analytical/decision-making skills

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, change priorities rapidly and work under pressure
