We are recruiting an entrepreneurial, creative and analytical growth marketer to lead the team that will help us acquire, engage, and retain new business for the developer funnel. Your team will drive the growth of Auth0 by using a metrics-focused and highly iterative process to both find new Auth0 users as well as make our current users more successful. While this is a leadership role, it requires someone who has the capability to roll up their sleeves and make an immediate impact. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you will lead a team supporting a broad range of functions including SEO, Paid Acquisition, data driven experiments like A/B testings, website landings and funnel optimizations.


Build and lead the growth marketing team
Use data to make decisions about prioritization and impact, and have a passion for experimentation
Inbound-first optimization of A/B testing across our funnel real estate and frequent user testing and interviewing to glean insights and new growth opportunities.
Define strategy for SEO optimization of the digital website and building a shared knowledge & practice across marketing of SEO-first content generation.
Conversion & page health optimization - driving conversion, bounce, exit, and page-pathing optimization toward self-service signup and form fills.
Advise on methods of user outreach (email, on-site, etc) to drive activation through a tight bond with Product Onboarding/Growth function to ensure safe transit of signups through mid-funnel and into successful shipped app.
Define and drive KPIs for all initiatives
Define the strategy for our paid acquisition efforts.
Build and manage project plans, drive cross-functional team deliverables, coordinate with outside vendors, manage POs, and see projects through to completion on time/budget.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.


Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior growth marketing role for a global technology company
Experience in leading teams that have both built a brand for earlier stage companies and also have maintained and extended the brand of large technology companies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening and interpretation skills
Ability to establish and manage priorities and drive projects to completion
Thrives working cross-functionally and enjoys building strong internal and external relationships in a globally-distributed company
Creative thinker and problem solver, willing to take risks and able to problem solve in real-time
Able to recognize potential obstacles and suggest work-arounds
