We are looking for a someone to drive all operational aspects of our Revenue organization. This includes developing and leading the core systems and processes that support our growing Sales, Technical Account Management, and Customer Support teams. This is a hub position that will be working with nearly every department in our company.

What you’ll do:
Ownership over core systems that support sales and service teams including
Define and implement sales/service processes in Salesforce.com
Develop pricing tiers/schemes along with quotation process
Help define and administer sales compensation plans
Develop and administer contracts and agreements working with Legal
Ensure customer subscriptions are fulfilled correctly and billing details flow into finance team/systems
Define and implement reporting around critical sales and service funnel metrics
Lead the data flows between sales, marketing, product, and finance
Help evaluate and define sales territories and named accounts

Experience required:

Significant experience in a sales operations leadership role at a company that sells software subscriptions and professional services.
Validated experience in optimizing sales processes, tracking and reporting.
Expert at using Salesforce.com and familiar with "best in class" tools.
Experience with ongoing development, management, and administration of sales compensation plans
Experience with developing pricing and standard contracts/agreements. The position will be responsible for working with legal to build standard forms and handle customer negotiations.
Experience in wrangling data flows as we data analysis/modeling/report. Excel is a requirement, SQL a strong plus.
