As the Marketing Programs Manager at Opal, you'll help scale our lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is well-versed in various marketing channels (email marketing, etc.) and platforms (marketing automation, etc.). If you’re passionate about both the creative and analytical aspects of marketing, this role could be a great fit for you. Responsibilities:

Manage, execute and analyze lead generation and account-based marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, display/retargeting, organic and paid social, and SEM/SEO, to meet ROI targets.
Manage marketing automation platform and Salesforce integration.
Set up marketing campaigns within Salesforce to track marketing results.
Track and report weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs to the Marketing, Sales and Executive teams.
Manage the asset and creative process and work with our designer to bring things to life.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success and Product to create and optimize campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new advertising platforms and new features within existing platforms.
Exhibit ownership and independent judgement while owning your workflow by prioritizing and managing multiple projects.
Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar applied field.
3-5 of years experience in digital/performance marketing (display, paid social or SEM).
Experience with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills. Must love numbers and be experienced gathering, analyzing and presenting data.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Proactive, motivated problem solver with ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
Background in B2B, enterprise technology or SaaS a big plus.
