Marketing Operations Specialist at NurseGrid

Over the past four years, we’ve created the number one nurse app in the United States and rolled out our SaaS solution to hundreds of nurse managers. We are searching for a full time, in-office Marketing Operations Specialist to help us operate our marketing systems, be our go-to analytics guru, and project lead a new initiatives. Everyone at NurseGrid is a bit of a Swiss Army Knife– owning their respective fields of expertise while sharpening a variety of others skills. What you’ll be doing:
Review and analyze the sales funnel, making adjustments based on expertise and data to drive new MQLs and SQLs
Manage current drip campaigns, execute new campaigns, and adjust based on sales needs
Manage marketing automation processes
Ensure Sales Team has enablement tools
Manage ad campaigns across various platforms, ensuring appropriate and effective spend
Create monthly and quarterly marketing analytics reports
Work within and across departments to execute various projects and initiatives
Brainstorm and conceptualize new creative marketing strategies to achieve company goals
Facilitate updates to our current website and assist in the development of a new site next year.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of working within a marketing team
Proficiency using marketing automation tools, including Hubspot and Salesforce
Experience managing paid ad campaigns, including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Universal, and App Store ads.
Experience managing budgets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to track metrics and review data for trends
