As Marketing Manager you will manage the day to day marketing activities and long term marketing strategy for IOTAS while accelerating company momentum with its technology, sales, channel, affiliate, and Real Estate partners. You will report to the VP Sales & Marketing.

You have a passion for technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a successful track record in marketing and have been successful in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns both internally and with partners while building compelling joint-partner value proposition content. The mission for the Marketing Manager is to manage the intake, updates and revisions of marketing projects necessary to complete them on time and on budget. The Marketing Manager is responsible for scoping marketing deliverables that will deliver a consistent brand message for multiple audiences across all divisions of the Company and externally. You must be highly organized to clearly define the messaging and mediums required for both B2B and B2C audiences.

The ideal Marketing Manager has experience managing multiple accounts and a wide variety of mediums including web, short and long form content, video, pr, print, and pitch decks. The right person has a strong breadth of marketing experience and can recognize what effective marketing looks like. This person will review and edit other’s work to drive toward a high quality end result.

What you’ll be doing

Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Develop/Update the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Create marketing materials and collateral, including sales presentations, data sheets, web content, sales demos and other materials to enable IOTAS sales team and partners to sell jointly-created solutions effectively.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
Develop, execute and measure marketing and demand-generation programs, joint selling efforts and other partner-led sales and marketing deliverables.
Serve as the marketing contact to IOTAS strategic partners
Create messaging and programs for IOTAS presence at industry events and partner trade shows.
Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Work closely with our outside agency.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company departments are informed of marketing objectives.
Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Experience and Education Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing and project management, 5 – 8 preferred
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
Self-motivated, team-oriented, entrepreneurial
Creative thinker, with demonstrated track record of success in alliance, partner and/or product marketing.
Strong technical foundation and domain knowledge
Proven experience presenting to executive staff.
Excellent messaging and writing skills required.
This position is based in our Portland, Oregon office and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Travel 10% of time (mostly to conferences)
