We're making healthcare better. Bright.md helps primary care providers deliver remarkably efficient remote care. We're improving the patient experience of care, increasing provider efficiency by as much as 90%, and boosting per-visit margins. As a Bright.md Content Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to:

Collaborate with a diverse and creative team, developing products that are truly changing the way that healthcare is delivered
Automate the delivery of care by creating and refining clinical modules
Support providers with a more thorough, evidence-based understanding of their patients' conditions
Help patients have a better experience of care, and a better understanding of their conditions and treatment
Skills & Requirements

To do well in this position, you'll need to write content that engages patients and meets clinicians' expectations. You'll collaborate with our software development and partner success teams to ensure that our content improves patients' lives, fits seamlessly into providers' workflows, and helps our clinical partners meet their care-delivery goals. You should enjoy the challenge of learning new things quickly, and be able to think critically about how we use content to enable high-quality care and provide delightful user experiences.

For this position, we're looking for someone with:

Impeccable attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal skills and verbal communication
Experience writing for a variety of audiences, with a thoughtful approach to voice and tone
The ability to translate complex medical or scientific concepts into easy-to-understand language
The ability to craft high-quality content based on structured input from subject matter experts
We'd love it if you have any of these harder-to-find skills:

Experience working with clinicians
Familiarity with medical literature and terminology
Some experience with basic coding (Python, Javascript, HTML) is a plus
Familiarity with a version control system like Git/Github is a plus
You'll need at least an undergraduate degree and 2 years of experience writing for the web, preferably in a healthcare environment. If you have strong skills, but have taken a different path, we'd still love to hear from you.
