IT Support Engineer at Auth0

This position is for a IT support engineer working out of the Auth0 office in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Auth0 is seeking an engineer with the ability to handle a wide variety of the company's corporate IT needs. The job involves designing and implementing solutions to meet existing needs, as well as anticipating future requirements and addressing them proactively.

Areas of responsibility will include employee account management, responding to employee access requests, user device management, external cloud service administration, office network engineering, and handling general IT support requests from both local and remote employees. You will help make sure that Auth0 employees have what they need to be productive from their very first day on the job.

Task automation and tool creation are a big part of Auth0's culture, and should also be a part of our IT solutions. Some coding experience is required. Experience working with a remote workforce and in a fast-paced startup environment would be a plus. This is not a typical helpdesk position; we are looking for an innovative and self-motivated individual who can work closely with our DevOps and Security teams. Basic qualifications include significant experience with:

Administering Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux systems (at least two of the three)
Managing laptops and mobile devices remotely
Maintaining network equipment and solving network-related issues
Troubleshooting all kinds of applications, systems, and services
Providing excellent customer service and a timely response and resolution to IT requests
Implementing information security principles
Programming in a scripting language such as bash, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby
Excellent English and Spanish speaking and writing skills
Familiarity with these technologies would be a big plus:
