Job Description & Responsibilities: Indow is seeking an individual to join our growing team in Portland,
OR who can provide front-line support to our production department to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities
 Plan production workers’ daily assignments by identifying key individuals and placement
in key positions to ensure regular quality performance results
 Follow production planning and delegate individuals to meet daily, weekly, monthly
production and quality goals while reducing waste
 Cross-train employees to facilitate best practices to meet and exceed daily objectives.
 Responsible for supervising subordinates & production leads to minimize errors and
waste.
 Reduce and/or eliminate the amount of finished product rework/rejects as a result of
improper packaging or other production line deficiencies
 Work with Production Manager to identify staffing needs,
 Address operational issues for continuous improvement and assist with the
implementation of operational standards or processes
 Directly responsible to review, monitor, ensure completion and document all Quality
Assurance/Control spreadsheets, production reporting sheets or other operational forms
which require supervisor approvals and/or signatures where indicated
 Ensure lean manufacturing and 5 s practices are promoted and practiced
 Annual performance employee evaluations to communicate their performance in a team
environment; determine if further training is required to meet and exceed efficiency goals
 Practice and apply safe working principles creating awareness for all employees on the
production line; promote a safe and healthy work environment
 Demonstrate accountability

Experience & Education
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 3+ years of supervisory experience including disciplining and giving performance reviews
 Must have track record of coaching and mentoring employees to perform their best
 Must have excellent oral/written communication skills
 Experience using Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems
