Account Development Reps at LeadMethod

We are currently seeking energetic and entrepreneurial Account Development Reps to help drive our growth and work hand in hand with our senior management and account executives to qualify and prospect sales opportunities.

The ADR position will conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their sales/marketing issues and their operations. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization.

What you will do:

– Generate qualified sales opportunities by phone and email
– Qualify inbound leads via phone and email
– Assist in identifying the best outbound sales targets via online directories and web-based research
– Work with account executives to prospect and close deals
– Report on prospecting performance and identifying potential optimizations

What you have:
– A desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
– 0-2 years sales or business development experience
– The ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner
– Candidates should have one of the following: software/SaaS experience, sales experience or other related business experience
– Experience using a CRM system to manage and track activities a plus
