Director of Product Management at 4-Tell

Position Summary:
4-Tell is looking for a product management leader to develop breakthrough products, features, and experiences with the greatest possible value to our clients. This leader will be responsible for defining, prioritizing and delivering mission critical features and functionality that will delight customers. You will build consensus across a team of experts who obsess about cognitive commerce and personalization across both the B2B and B2C customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities:
Drive product strategy, aligning key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering around a common vision that will delight our customers.
Develop a product roadmap including defining, prioritizing and delivering mission critical features.
Gather detailed product requirements and prioritize requests from key customers and stakeholders.
Gather insights about customers’ needs from a variety of methods including surveys, interviews, and usability studies
Monitor the capabilities being deployed or developed by the competition to help inform our roadmap
Deliver an accurate weekly project snapshot for all stakeholders. Communicate status and health of product releases as it impacts stakeholders.
Manage, track and prioritize bugs and general product improvements. Coordinate change lists and bugs with engineering for major platform releases.
Understand the technology areas and product development lifecycle. Understand and communicate tradeoffs between deliverables and what is right for our customers.

3-5 years of product management experience in the retail software industry.
Background in SaaS and cloud-based software.
Understanding of Jira, Confluence and Basecamp desired.
Experience working in sales enablement or personalization is a plus.
Strong analytical skills including experience with dashboarding, data mining and visualization; ability to make analytics actionable for customers.
Strong project management and organizational skills including ability to deliver multiple projects under strict deadlines. Excellent multi-tasker with proven ability to work as part of a fast-paced team.
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and oral communication. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels and organizations.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
