technology for commercial, industrial, and utility applications.
About the Role
The Production Manager plays a pivotal role in the Operations Team. The person filling this
position will have the primary mission of organizing and overseeing the manufacturing of the
energy storage systems. They will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all
production lines and the quality of output. Detailed job descriptions include:
• Liaise with other managers/team leads to formulate objectives and understand
• Provide daily leadership in line with production schedule and company goals
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Identify maintenance work required, equipment needs, etc.
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions
• Implement LEAN concepts at the production level
• Report to upper management

• Deep knowledge of production management
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
• Works as a competent member of the team, willing and actively providing back-up
support when needed
• Minimum AS degree in production management or relevant field is preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency.
