To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring an Office Manager to provide the best-in-class administrative and operational support including accounting, human resources, facilities, customer and employee event planning, executive assistance, and other general team support.

What You'll Be Doing (Requirements)

The ideal candidate must be a detail, process oriented, tech-savvy and organized person able to multi-task like crazy, love serving their customers (internal and external), and take great pride in the care of our office and employees. You must be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and love for improving efficiencies. You will be performing across multiple disciplines including:

Accounting/Finance: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general bookkeeping support for Controller; participate in the on-going business planning and budgeting process.
Human Resources: payroll and commissions processing, benefits, recruiting and new hire processing and onboarding; assist with the development and implementation of procedures and best practices to support HR and accounting.
Facilities: manage office moves, adds, or changes; ensure conference rooms and public spaces are tidy and presentable; order and organize office furniture, equipment and supplies.
Events: coordinate in-house or off-site team events, catering, ordering, set-up, clean-up; assist with out of town customer event planning, scheduling, and other requirements.
Executive assistance: perform business support function activities for executives; intuitive calendar management, expenses, meeting planning on and off-site, travel and expense management.
Culture: assist management with overall corporate culture, reward & recognition programs, mentor programs, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
Communicate to management operational issues needing attention and provide recommendations for resolution.
Assist with miscellaneous office management and administrative tasks, as needed
What We Must Have (Qualifications)

3+ years experience in Office Management or similar role and demonstrated success as an office manager in a similar environment
Getting Things Done Right – Able to perform work efficiently, effectively, and thoroughly, while ensuring strong attention to detail is maintained at every level.
Leadership - Able to effectively manage projects, team members, and initiatives to bring out the best in performance, results and high quality service.
Polished and professional, must work with integrity and confidentiality
Optimistic and outgoing personality, excellent follow through, must be a task master
Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Keynote, software solutions like QuickBooks, as well as have the ability to command company specific software.
Must be flexible and highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative and a demonstrated capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and strong ability to work collaboratively with teammates and clients
Must be an extension of the CEO and handle situations proactively and intuitively
