Talent Acquisition Partner at Cloudability

We are looking for a creative, results-driven person who is excited to acquire and develop our most important asset: our employees. The Talent Acquisition Partner will primarily be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Cloudability. This role will also have daily operational responsibilities such as onboarding, People systems, benefits administration, and learning and development.



What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

Full cycle recruiting to include sourcing candidates, resume review, phone screens, schedule interviews, draft offer letters

Develop effective and efficient recruitment and sourcing strategies and processes

Partner with Hiring Managers to create job requisitions to gain full understanding of job specifications, develop marketing strategy, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team

Identify and manage sources to attract diverse candidates

Create and manage recruiting analytics

Enhance and execute an onboarding program that focuses with our core values

Partner with the People Director to develop and implement foundational HR tools and programs to align with business objectives to create an efficient and productive workplace

Manage People and benefits systems to ensure accuracy of data

Partner with People Director to develop and implement a learning and development program

Performs other related duties as required and assigned



The right candidate will have (Requirements):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years related experience in recruiting and/or human resources

Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization

Ability to provide attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with all levels

Ability to maintain the utmost level of confidentiality and instill a high degree of trust and integrity within the organization

Experience with a HRIS and/or applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus
