Sales Enablement Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who is motivated and passionate about contributing to a sales team success.  In this position, you will be coordinating the onboarding of new team members, and working with marketing, sales operations and product to ensure the team has the most current content and collateral for driving sales conversations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Support on-boarding materials and scheduling for new team members.

  • Coordinator: Work marketing and ensure new content is delivered for use in the full sales cycle. 

  • Resource Management: Manage all sales content materials and ensure everything is up to date. 

  • Tools/Systems: Support the Sales Operations Manager as need on Sales Org. tools/systems. 

  • Admin: Manage all Sales Ops administrative tasks that lead to overall sales org. Success

  • Playbooks: Work with the Sales Ops Manager to create/update “Sales Playbooks, by role.

  • Customer Events: Work with the Sales Ops Manager to support all B2B conferences. 

 

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in BA, BS or equivalent

  • 2+ years experience in sales support, sales operations or sales enablement 

  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

Preferred Experience

  • Proven ability to support multiple ongoing projects simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reporting and data management experience a plus
