About the Role - Hiring for January 2020

To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring an Investment Services Marketing Manager to work closely with product management and sales to ensure proper launches, positioning and sales readiness. This role will report to the Senior Director of Product and Channel Marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop investment services positioning, messaging, and competitive positioning based on observations of customer-facing teams, insights directly from customers, data/analytics, and strategic directives for CrowdStreet’s investment services

  • Partner on creating product marketing strategies and manage the campaigns that drive demand for the full suite of investment services

  • Execute on all product launches from a go-to-market point of view

  • Work closely with the Product, Customer Success and Sales teams to create marketing content around the service features

  • Create and execute on the services marketing plan and strategy from concept to execution

  • Create & execute the launch of new features to clients (new & existing) 

  • Produce collateral, marketing programs, training materials, case studies and more core marketing deliverables as related to the service

  • Work with various functional departments including sales and customer success  teams to develop marketing programs, sales collateral, training materials, case studies, templates, newsletters and other core marketing deliverables

  • Assist in creating channel-specific sales and marketing materials to enable executives in business development efforts  

What We Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing of Investment Products/Services or Research Analyst at CRE or Investment Firm

  • Proven ability to create outstanding industry specific content for internal and external customers

  • Strong organization, planning and project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills using metrics to assess and optimize performance

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Fluency with Google Suite, Powerpoint, Excel

What is Nice to Have

  • Experience working directly for a commercial real estate sponsor
