Implementation Specialist 

To support our company's rapid growth, we are hiring an Implementation Specialist within our Customer Success Organization. The Implementation Specialist will assist us in building a world-class professional services group, onboarding new clients, and improving our implementation process. This role requires working directly with both external customers and internal teams. 

In this role, you will create new customer investor portals, including website styling, product configurations, and troubleshooting, data manipulation and loading, HTML coding, integration work with third-party applications such as DocuSign, and execute all project implementation tasks. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Project Managers to on-board new customers at the highest level of service 

  • Assist Project Managers with  on-time and on-budget client deliverables that meet the requirements and expectations of the customer

  • Work with new and existing customers to help launch new offerings, investment opportunities, past projects, and data.

  • Work with customers to configure and troubleshoot the CrowdStreet product

  • Data manipulation and migration using ETL tools 

  • Train customers on all feature usage within the SaaS application

  • Actively seek ways to improve the customer implementation experience and refine our processes to share best practices both internally and externally 

  • Participate in internal Professional Services team meetings and process improvement initiatives

Education and Experience Requirements

  • 1+ Years of experience implementing, configuring and customizing SaaS applications for customers

  • Proven ability to master the intricacies of a complex SaaS application and lead customer training

  • Excellent online meeting facilitation skills (e.g.set agendas, schedule meetings, run meetings, track deliverables, record new actions, etc.)

  • Detail-oriented that can balance the desire for perfection and the need to get projects finished

  • Process-oriented with an ability to both follow and refine processes and have an impact on creating efficiencies

  • Ability to work under strict timelines

  • Product support aptitude and empathy to respond quickly and set expectations on requests and feedback for both internal and external customers 

  • Proficient in using Excel/Google sheets for data cleansing, transformation manipulation, and preparation for import

  • Bachelor's degree (Additional years of technical implementation and project management experience  considered in lieu of a degree)

What is Nice to Have

  • Finance or Business background or experience implementing, configuring or using accounting, ERP, banking, financial or business management solutions

  • Experience defining product enhancements required to address issues and delight customers

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, web development, Javascript, and other technical frameworks highly valued.

  • Experience with Trello or other project management tools
