About the Role

To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to work closely with product and sales to ensure proper launches, positioning and sales readiness. This role will report to the Senior Director of Product and Channel Marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop product positioning, product messaging, and competitive positioning based on observations of customer-facing teams, insights directly from customers, data/analytics, and strategic directives for CrowdStreet’s financial services products

  • Partner on creating product marketing strategies and manage the campaigns that drive demand for the full suite of products and services

  • Execute on all product launches from a go-to-market point of view

  • Work closely with the Product, Customer Success and Sales teams to create marketing content around the product’s new features

  • Create and execute on the product marketing plan and strategy from concept to execution

  • Create & execute the launch of new features to clients (new & existing) 

  • Produce collateral, marketing programs, training materials, case studies and more core marketing deliverables as related to the product

  • Work with various functional departments including sales and services teams to develop marketing programs, sales collateral, training materials, case studies, templates, newsletters and other core marketing deliverables

  • Assist in creating channel-specific sales and marketing materials to enable executives in business development efforts  

What We Must Have

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, or related role, at a commercial real estate and/or financial services company.

  • Experience supporting customer-facing organizations and customers

  • Strong organization, planning and project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills  metrics to assess and optimize performance

  • Great communication skills

  • Fluency with Google Suite, Powerpoint, Excel

What is Nice to Have

  • Sales experience at a financial services or commercial real estate firm

  • Experience working directly for a commercial real estate sponsor
