About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales, who would like to leverage their expertise and passion for Sales Operations at a fast growing FinTech company. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for empowering top-line growth through support of the tools, people, and underlying data that drive our Sales Organization success. Our ideal candidate has a proven background and deep appreciation for the frameworks and best practices that help Sales Orgs scale to massive success. What you’ll be Doing

TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY

  • Own Salesforce (SFDC) administration for the Sales Organization

  • Initiate a full audit of SFDC and make recommendations on process/workflow improvements, including management of user profiles, role hierarchies, sharing rules, etc 

  • Drive a “Sales Ops Tech Stack” strategy across all “Best of Breed” sales tools in the market, and deliver a plan to Sales Mgt. in your first 100 days that relays your long-term vision 

  • Own and optimize existing sales tools such as Outreach.io/HubSpot/MixMax, etc.. and determine which to existing tools to keep, in the context of your full plan

ANALYSIS / REPORTING / PLANNING

  • Drive pipeline analysis and track activity metrics that help inform decisions/actions at the sales rep and sales org level

  • Develop and maintain key operational metrics across the Business Development and Managing Director sales roles

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the Sales Mgt. organization. 

  • Work in tandem with the Sales Mgt. team on sales quotas and compensation plans. 

  • Track and analyze data on a quarterly basis that help us define territory assignments, processes, and workflows

  • Deliver key recommendations to Sales Mgt. and Executive Leadership during quarterly and annual planning process 

SALES TEAM SUPPORT

  • Work directly with Sales Mgt. to drive key outreach efforts across the highest impact segments of our target market

  • Work directly with Sales Operations Analyst/Training team members to help support the new hire onboarding process

  • Provide ad hoc support to sales team members on SFDC and other tool related issues, and support ongoing training efforts. 

  • Work with Sales Mgt. to further refine and document key processes across our “Sales Team Playbook”

DATA

  • Work with ICP datasets across multiple internal and external data sources, and this data to drive insights and value at the sales rep level

  • Create workflows and own projects that help build a higher quality prospect database

  • Deliver a data plan to Sales Mgt. in your first 100 days that relays your long-term vision (including interdependencies with other key departments) and the added value it will drive to the Sales Org 

What We Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role within a rapidly growing tech company

  • SFDC “expert level admin”, familiar with data structure, workflows and reporting functionalities

  • Ability to manage and optimize all prospect/customer data sets

What is Nice to Have

  • Experience in a FinTech or Commercial Real Estate environment

  • Experience creating predictive scoring models
