Member Communications Coordinator at The Riveter

As the Member Communications Coordinator you will support our incredible communities by ensuring we have exceptional two-way communication paths throughout the member journey. Reporting to the Member Engagement Manager, this role will be the expert in member feedback and drive the creation of a consistently high bar for member communications across our 10 locations. Functioning as the initial digital touch point for future members, the Member Communications Coordinator will have exceptional written communication skills, a strong focus on superior customer service, and a passion for building connection and community.


What You'll Do:

  • Ensure a consistent white-glove experience for members, and prospective members alike, across all communication channels
  • Build loyalty with each and every member or prospective member interaction. Through demonstrating empathy, timeliness, and above all, consistency
  • Drive overall member CSAT through providing an excellent experience
  • Constantly looking for opportunities to grow and expand the member experience around communications
  • Manage, track, analyze, solve and share member feedback through all channels
  • Function as liaison between HQ and location teams to ensure any and all member relevant information is being communicated accurately with the correct groups
  • Manage and respond to member or prospective member inquiries across all communication channels
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure on-brand communication consistency is being delivered to members, prospective members and guests
  • Develop a member story highlight strategy
  • Manage the production and execution of the weekly member communication
  • Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
