About the Role

We are looking for an Investment Analyst reporting to the Investment Product and Portfolio Manager who would like to leverage their educational and industry experience to help our organization continue to the next level. As the Investment Analyst you will provide proactive support for the investments team through analysis, research, and coordination of tasks related to both accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide analytical support to both the Investment Product Manager and Real Estate Asset Manager.

  • Research and track the investment products of competing firms and other innovative investment products produced by technology firms.

  • Provide key support to the Investment Product Manager on the development of new CrowdStreet investment products.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather forecasting data for support of investment product capital budgeting NPV financial models.

  • Provide written reports and analytical support for launch of new investment products.

  • Day to day proactive responsibility for moving the investment projects forward; keeping all details on track.

  • Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders; provide updates and reports when relevant.

  • Review, analyze and report on the quarterly reporting data of CrowdStreet Marketplace offerings.

  • Support the Asset Manager by gathering and tracking data for all CrowdStreet Blended Portfolio (CSBP) Series as well as Privately Managed Accounts (PMA).

  • Generate investor quarterly reports on behalf of CSBP and PMA.

What We Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or business related field

  • 1-2 years working in the investment services industry, preferably working with private equity security offerings

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize high volumes of work within stringent deadlines with a high degree of accuracy

  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment vehicles and strategies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills
