About the Role

To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring a Project Manager to join our Customer Success Organization to manage new and existing customer on-boarding and implementation projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the expert on CrowdStreet’s project management and implementation methodology

  • Manage an assigned group of customer projects to deliver a “best in class” customer experience

  • Demonstrate mastery and training expertise of all CrowdStreet product and services.

  • Identify and nurture relationships with key project stakeholders to become their trusted advisor/consultant

  • Help customers maximize the value they receive from CrowdStreet’s products and services by using your strong project management, meeting facilitation, and training skills 

  • Meet internal project expectations and timelines while overcoming any project hurdles.

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying budget size and complexity.

  • Create project plans, and recommendations for improved and enhanced business efficiency.

  • Perform task management, completion, and coordination across project teams and within Customer Success

  • Partner with the Customer Care and Product teams to identify and escalate high and critical defects for expedited resolution

  • Work across CrowdStreet internal departments to advocate for customer and project needs

  • Participate in the Sales cycle to assist in gathering requirements to formulate delivery methodology and cost estimates

 What We Must Have

  • 3+ Years experience as Customer Success Manager, customer-facing Project Manager, or in technical implementation consulting in a SaaS or financial services environment

  • Bachelor’s level degree in relevant field

  • Proven ability to engage with customers resulting in high client satisfaction

  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing project priorities, remain calm under pressure, complete project deliverables and work collaboratively across teams

  • Business-minded individual with an understanding of financial transactions, focused on becoming the customer’s trusted advisor who can proactively identify opportunities for customer product adoption and expansion.

  • Proficiency with MS Office, G-Suite, and experience with project tools such as BaseCamp, Asana, Jira, Trello, and MS Project

  • Ability to travel (15-25%)

What is Nice to Have

  • Commercial Real Estate industry experience

  • Financial services or FinTech experience

  • PMP certification

  • Experience with ZenDesk or other support ticketing systems

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, web development, Javascript, and other technical frameworks highly valued.
