About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Portfolio Operations Analyst reporting to the Investment Product & Portfolio Manager who would like to leverage their experience in the investments services industry  to help our organization continue to the next level. As the Senior Portfolio Operations Analyst you will provide proactive support for the CrowdStreet Blended Portfolio (“CSBP”) and CrowdStreet Advisors, LLC Privately Managed Accounts (“PMA”) through analysis, relationship management, and coordination of tasks related to both accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide analysis support for the CrowdStreet Blended Portfolio (“CSBP”) including monitoring investment indications of interest and related sponsor agreements, tracking key status dates for each series, and managing the financial model quality control process

  • Communicate updates on deployments to investors in CSBP, and act as central point of contact for investors in CSBP after Series close

  • Assist Privately Managed Accounts (“PMA”) clients by managing, monitoring, and disbursing investor distributions, and completing funding offers through the management console

  • Work with custodian to open PMA accounts, and manage and monitor all client communication and correspondence for PMA clients

  • Help with the completion of CSBP & PMA portfolio investment Subscription Agreements and closing documents, and place portfolio investment offers through the CrowdStreet management console

  • Coordinate weekly Review Committee meeting, and regularly communicate with the Review Committee to verify indication of interest and deployments related to portfolio investments

  • Coordinate with outside counsel to ensure CSBP state notice filings are completed in a timely manner

What We Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or business related field

  • 3-5 years of experience working in the investment services industry, preferably working with private equity security offerings

  • At least 3 years of experience working in investment operations

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize high volumes of work within stringent deadlines with a high degree of accuracy

  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment vehicles and strategies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills
