About the Role

To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring a Marketplace Manager reporting to the VP of Customer Success, to manage the day-to-day operations of the CrowdStreet Marketplace. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the full project life cycle of all CrowdStreet Marketplace offering projects 

  • Serve as a key point of contact to all sponsors throughout this lifecycle process and nurture and grow sponsor relationships through each offering.

  • Additionally, serve as project manager to execute on individual marketplace offering projects.

  • Actively collaborate with our Sales, Investor Relations, Marketing and Investments Team members to know the appropriate resources to coordinate with at each stage in the process and foster interdepartmental fluidity.

  • Leverage your Commercial Real Estate experience to approve, assist positioning, and timing of all offerings prior to launch.

  • Assist with defining and ensuring that our robust QA process is executed upon prior to offering launch.

  • Exit each offering project with a delighted sponsor – Assist in handing sponsors off to the Customer Success Manager and Customer Care team ideally positioned for long-term customer success.

  • Identify and execute on opportunities to scale existing marketplace project implementation processes. 

  • Monitor and produce regular reporting on the day to day marketplace progress.

  • Assist with management, growth and structuring of the Customer Success Organization, including performance, development and mentoring of team members.

  • Provide assistance and leadership in Customer Success team onboarding and continuous education programming on CRE.

  • Develop, host and participate in key investor and sponsor webinars as well as in-person conferences and investor meetups.

  • Ensure successful collaboration with all other internal teams throughout the sponsor’s time on the marketplace

What We Must Have

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in investment management, commercial real estate, and private investments 

  • 3+ years of relevant commercial real estate investment experience

  • Proven project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

  • Bachelor’s level degree, preferably in Business Administration or Finance

  • Outstanding communication skills 

  • Advanced Excel skills

Not Required, But Nice to Have

  • Master’s level degree in relevant field 

  • Experience with Private Placement Memorandums and investor subscription agreements

  • Experience working with Broker Dealers
