To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring a Channel Marketing Manager reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer who can lead all marketing initiatives across both B2B and partner channels to drive to key revenue metrics.  This person understands how to educate, excite and influence the teams who then reach our eventual prospects and help turn them into customers of CrowdStreet.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the creation and execution of all B2B/Channel marketing efforts on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis 

  • Define, develop, and deliver channel content including campaigns, articles, key messaging, photography, videography, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, etc., working with internal and external resources to execute

  • Create and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to reach company objective and key results that successfully engage key contacts at target accounts and ultimately generate and accelerate sales opportunities.

  • Act as B2B/channel marketing subject matter expert, especially for the sales and product teams

  • Deliver product launches into B2B teams and channels to include products and programs

  • Partner with product management and sales to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy and deliverables; enable sales, create awareness, and generate sales through these partners

  • Analyze campaigns and online performance to ensure business targets were met or exceeded for all B2B and channel marketing efforts

What We Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience creating and executing B2B and/or channel marketing strategies and programs

  • Ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally, especially with sales, investments, and product teams

  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to develop marketing content and reports that communicate program results

  • Strong technical skills; proficient with MS Office Suite, email marketing and demand generation nurture programs, demonstrated ability with HTML a plus

  • Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis

  • BA/BS Preferred, or equivalent work experience

Not Required, But Nice to Have

  • Financial services or FinTech experience

  • Commercial Real Estate Experience
