We are looking for a Sales Account Coordinator who wants to contribute to building an exceptional company. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized, endlessly curious and independently motivated. Our ideal candidate is able to both administer daily sales activities and brainstorm innovative ideas to improve sales experiences and customer relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate across the Go To Market organization to identify new opportunities and ensure excellent pre-and post-sales service
  • Efficiently navigate Salesforce and other sales operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand account, contact, and opportunity information
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and product demonstrations with prospects
  • Communicate market feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams
  • Research and report on market, customer, competitor, and regional landscapes
  • Support sales processes, tools, and communications delivery from the Sales Organization

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of sales / business development / marketing operations support experience
  • Experience with B2B software sales or SaaS sales is a plus
  • A knack for the details with an “everything matters” approach
  • Efficient methods to gather, analyze, and communicate customer and market research
  • Creative, inquisitive and curious approach partnering with your team and customers
  • A cool head to manage multiple tasks and the commitment to be on time and on budget
  • Comfort and agility using technology and digital collaboration tools - you’re happy working in G Suite, Salesforce, Slack, and other internal collaboration tools
  • Drive for continuous learning and ability to inspire others with creativity
  • Capacity to accept constructive feedback and learn from it
  • Commitment to proactive collaboration and accountability - you are prepared, informed, and ready to go
  • Value-focused mindset - you see every touchpoint as a chance to create a positive experience for the customer and your team
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
  • Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree or a focus in sales/marketing a plus
