 To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to  work closely with product and sales to ensure proper launches, positioning and sales readiness.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop product positioning, product messaging, and competitive positioning.

  • Develop marketing strategy and manage the marketing campaigns that drive demand for the CrowdStreet products

  • Lead and execute on all product launches from a go-to-market point of view

  • Work closely with the product team to create marketing content around the product’s new features

  • Create and execute on the product marketing plan and strategy from concept to execution

  • Create & execute the launch of new features to clients (new & existing) 

  • Produce collateral, marketing programs, training materials, case studies and more core marketing deliverables as related to the product

  • Work with various functional departments including sales and services teams to develop marketing programs, sales collateral, training materials, case studies, templates, newsletters and other core marketing deliverables

What We Must Have

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, or related role, at a Fintech, financial services, or commercial real estate company

  • Experience supporting customer-facing organizations and customers

  • Strong organization, planning and project management skills

  • Ability to analyze metrics to assess and optimize performance

  • Great communication skills
