To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring a Financial Analyst reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations to be a part of a fast growing team with the opportunity to support multi-team initiatives including finance, marketing, sales and investments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ability to develop critical business reporting tools to turn data into accurate and relevant information for our teams

  • Preparation of ongoing financial, business, and KPI reporting and support of strategic planning

  • Presentation and the ability to explain financial results/reports to Sales and other teams

  • Automate and create more robust processes to streamline current business analysis

  • Analyze quantitative performance and report variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year actuals

  • Work closely with teams to analyze respective areas to drive decision making efforts based on data

  • Build models and perform ad-hoc financial analysis for various teams

What We Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university in business, finance,  accounting or relevant field

  • 3+ years professional experience as in business and data analysis

  • Excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and business intelligence skills...ability to use data as a storytelling tool

  • Experience with sales operations data analysis support (Salesforce experience preferred) 

  • Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities yet still able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy and drive business performance results

  • Experience with SQL

Not Required, But Nice to Have

  • Masters degree in relevant field 
  • Fintech and/or real estate technology experience
