To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring a Content Marketing Manager who is data-driven, has overall general marketing expertise and is passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed to help drive the next phase of our explosive growth. The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing a wide variety of core marketing programs; fuel inbound marketing strategies with rich, meaningful content, highlighting best-in-class research, thought leadership, and innovation; collaborating internally to identify new programs that help meet our business goals; and will provide key implementation support for other key marketing team members.   The best fit for this role will have experience developing and implementing a cohesive content strategy across multiple channels to ensure a pipeline of globally-relevant, timely and engaging content that strengthens our brand and clearly articulates our value proposition for our customers and prospects for both B2C and B2B audiences. Although the core role will be focused on content development, this individual will also need to have skills across multiple marketing areas of expertise.


The right person will be driven, experienced across a wide variety of marketing tactics, self-motivated, and excited about joining a dynamic organization that has experienced 2x annual revenue growth for the past 3 years. What You'll Be Doing


  • Develop content marketing initiatives to campaigns based on a deep understanding of audience, message, business objective, market research, and product positioning

  • Devise content marketing strategies across various channels; develop and execute upon a plan to have the most impact

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blog and other content mediums that attracts and converts our target groups

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure that copy and content marketing plans complement marketing goals; hire and manage freelance writers when needed

  • Work in conjunction with Digital Marketing to set and track KPIs and report out the effectiveness of efforts

  • Create and maintain content marketing calendars, writing and editing the multiple pieces of content, conceptualize and execute on high-priority content efforts, and track performance metrics

  • Serve as main editor of all content, ensuring a consistent voice, tone and style across materials and outlets, in addition to content creation duties

  • Develop a strategy to repurpose and extend content to ensure multiple uses, on appropriate channels, to best leverage resources

  • Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, email campaigns, general marketing campaigns, company newsletters, sales communications, community engagement and maintaining marketing materials


What We Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in marketing; minimum 2 years content marketing experience; 3 years B2C marketing experience specific to investment or financial oriented solutions required

  • 3+ years of demonstrable content-focused SEO/SEM success; demonstrate a keen understanding in the role of content marketing, SEO and the alignment with demand generation

  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading content marketing campaigns across channels that engage, educate and motivate

  • Exceptional messaging, writing and editing skills, and the ability to leverage multiple channels to showcase meaningful narratives

  • Deep understanding of content channels, as well as their associated audiences and platform limitations

  • Well versed in all content types including, but not limited to: short-form social posts, long-form content marketing pieces, videos, and visual storytelling through graphics and photos

  • Proven expertise with Microsoft powerpoint to tell a story

  • Ability to balance managing both strategy and execution on a daily basis

  • Strong cross-functional, project management skills

  • Creative thinker able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

  • Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and measurement

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.

Not Required, But Nice to Have

  • Domain expertise in Fintech and/or the commercial real estate industry highly preferred

  • B2B marketing experience

  • Product marketing experience
